Terms of Use for Mixo Cross-border Mall

I. General Provisions

 

1. Welcome to use the services provided by Mixo Cross-border Mall. By using the services of this mall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read these terms carefully.

 

2. Mixo reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time according to business development needs. The amended terms will be published on the mall platform and will come into effect on the date of publication. Your continued use of the mall services shall be deemed as your acceptance of the amended terms.

 

II. Account Registration and Use

 

1. Users are required to provide real, accurate, complete and valid registration information for account registration. Users shall be responsible for any consequences arising from the provision of false information.

 

2. Users should keep their accounts and passwords properly and shall not lend, rent, transfer or sell their accounts to others. Users shall be responsible for any account theft or other security issues caused by their own reasons.

 

III. Commodity Purchase

 

1. Commodity information is subject to the display page of the mall, but Mixo endeavors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information. If users make a purchase mistake due to incorrect commodity information, Mixo will assist in resolving the issue.

 

2. After placing an order, users should complete the payment in a timely manner according to the payment methods prompted by the mall. Before receiving the full payment, Mixo has the right not to ship the goods or cancel the order.

 

3. Price and inventory information may change due to factors such as market fluctuations. Mixo will not be responsible for issues arising from price or inventory changes after an order is placed, but will make every effort to coordinate and handle them.

 

IV. Logistics and Delivery

 

1. Mixo will arrange shipments according to user order information and the selected delivery methods. The delivery time is for reference only, and the actual arrival time may be delayed due to logistics and transportation conditions. Mixo will not be responsible for this, but will assist users in checking the logistics progress.

 

2. Users shall bear the additional costs caused by providing incorrect or incomplete receiving addresses, contact information and other information that leads to delivery failures or delays.

 

V. Quality Assurance, After-sales Service and Return & Exchange Policy

 

1. Mixo promises that the goods sold meet the quality standards. If users find quality problems with the received goods, they should contact customer service within [X] days from the date of receiving the goods and provide relevant evidence. Mixo will handle returns, exchanges or repairs according to the after-sales service policy.

 

• For goods that meet the return and exchange conditions, users need to ensure that the goods and their packaging are intact, unused and do not affect secondary sales.

 

• If there are quality problems with the goods, Mixo will bear the freight for returns and exchanges; if users request returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dislike, incorrect size, etc.), users shall bear the corresponding freight.

 

2. For some special goods, such as food, cosmetics, underwear, etc., for hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the goods have been opened or used, unless there are quality problems. However, Mixo can provide relevant usage suggestions and consulting services.

 

3. If a user applies for a refund, Mixo will process the refund according to the original payment method after receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct. The refund time may vary depending on the processing procedures of payment institutions and banks.

 

VI. Intellectual Property and Privacy Protection

 

1. The intellectual property rights of all commodity information, pictures, texts and other contents in the mall belong to Mixo or its authorized parties. Without authorization, users shall not use, copy, disseminate, etc. without permission.

 

 

2.Mixo respects user privacy and will collect, use and protect user personal information in accordance with the privacy policy. By using the mall services, users agree to the way Mixo processes their personal information.

 

VII. Liability for Breach of Contract

 

1. If users violate these Terms of Use, Mixo has the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, restricting account functions, banning accounts, and pursuing legal liabilities.

 

2. In case of unforeseeable and unavoidable factors such as force majeure that prevent Mixo from fulfilling its service commitments, Mixo will not be liable for breach of contract, but will make every effort to reduce user losses and provide relevant explanations.

 

VIII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

1. The interpretation of these Terms of Use and the applicable law shall be governed by the laws of the place where the mall operates.

 

 

2. In the event of a dispute between users and Mixo, friendly negotiations should be made first to resolve the issue; if the negotiations fail, either party may file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction.
